Funeral arrangement

Full support on the day of farewell and in the days of preparation — with respect, care for family traditions, and without unnecessary noise.

Funeral arrangement — a memorial book and white flowers in a quiet room

When arranging a funeral, families need more than a checklist — they need a calm partner beside them. In a hard moment it is difficult to keep every procedure, document, and custom in mind — we help gather them into a clear order.

A clear plan and agreed arrangements give the family time for what matters most — a dignified farewell.

Arrangement begins with documents and decisions that are hard to face alone. Where possible, we spare the family unnecessary visits and queues, and guide preparation for the day of burial step by step — from the morgue and ritual items to transport, the cemetery plot, and the memorial meal.

We take into account religious customs, family wishes, and practical needs: farewell at home, in a church, or at the cemetery; a canopy, music, a farewell hall, or extra help if needed. Everything is agreed in advance, calmly and without rush.

What to do first

In the first hours, calm and correct steps matter. After that, you can entrust the arrangement to us.

  • Call emergency medical services and the police — the first documents confirming the death are required
  • Contact us — we will explain the next steps in plain language and take on the organization
  • Together we will decide on burial or cremation — according to family traditions and the wishes of the deceased
  • If clothing was prepared in advance, pass it on so the person’s wishes can be honored

How we support you

The main stages of arrangement. Open an item to read more.

Calling an agent and first consultation

You can reach us at any hour. We listen to your situation, help set priorities for the coming time, and choose a form of support that fits the family’s wishes and means. Once terms are agreed, we handle the organization for you.

Document arrangements

After the first certificates, a medical conclusion and a death certificate are needed; if benefits apply, the relevant papers too. In grief it is easy to err on forms or miss an extract. We help gather and check the document set so the family is not left alone with this.

Morgue and preparation for farewell

We arrange transfer to the morgue, storage, and preparation: washing, necessary preservation procedures, and dressing. If clothing was prepared in advance, we pass it on to honor that wish. Everything is done with care so the farewell can be dignified.

Burial or cremation

The family chooses the form of farewell according to faith, tradition, and the wishes of the deceased. We explain the differences calmly and help arrange the chosen path — including transport for cremation and return for burial afterward, when needed.

Farewell ceremony

The farewell and funeral service may take place at home, in a church, in a hall, or at the cemetery — so those who cannot attend the burial can still say goodbye. We arrange everything according to the family’s faith and customs.

The day of burial

We coordinate site preparation, digging the grave to the needed size, the procession, transport, and the ceremony. Pallbearing is often done by relatives or neighbors; every family has its customs — we help navigate them and can provide a team if needed. You can be present — not manage every detail.

After the farewell

If needed, we arrange the memorial meal. If organizational questions remain, we stay available.

Available on request

Details not every family needs — but they can make the day of farewell calmer.

Farewell hall

If there is not enough space at home for everyone who wishes to say goodbye, we help choose a convenient hall by location.

Music

An orchestra or other accompaniment — at the family’s wish. Simply mention it to the agent during preparation.

Canopy, draping, ritual lift

For an outdoor ceremony or a careful lowering of the casket, extra equipment may be needed — we arrange it when required.

Medical support

If elderly people are present or relatives’ condition causes concern, we can arrange medical staff during the ceremony.

Calm in the details

We do not rush decisions in your place. Every step is explained, agreed, and carried out so the family feels support, not pressure.
